New Website just built…….Now what?

I paid several thousand $$ to have a site built for my items. I’ve sold on eBay for years and finally got around to having a site built to sell the same items. M y desire is to get away from eBay and their crazy rules and fees. Well, my site is ready and tested and appears to work fine. What should I do now about the following:

1) Check out http://www.google.com/webmasters/start/

2) Take a look at http://website.grader.com/ — run your new site through this free tool.

3) Learn how to use Adwords yourself. Don’t hire someone to do it for you until you are successfully using it.

4) Write a related blog, or sponsor one.

5) Yes, just mail them off of eBay to their email addresses. They are your customers. Use an email mailing list service and offer a way to opt out. Send a newsletter one time per month and when you have specials.
